The population at the 2004 census was 10,785. One village, Stîrcea, is administered by the city.

Demographics

According to the 2014 census, the population of Glodeni amounted to 8,676 inhabitants, a decrease compared to the previous census in 2004, when 10,785 inhabitants were registered.
